The Vidorreta Vitelo espadrille represents the excellence of Mediterranean summer style, combining the naturalness of materials with a feminine and elegant silhouette. Born from the artisan tradition of Cervera del Rio Alhama, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and the cradle of espadrilles, this shoe is hand-sewn by the craftsmen of La Rioja. The upper is crafted in fine arena-coloured suede leather (vitello), a soft and refined material that wraps the foot with delicacy. The closed-toe design with an enveloping construction provides optimal support and comfort. The closure is provided by an adjustable ankle strap with metal buckle for a secure and personalised fit. The high wedge with platform is entirely covered in hand-braided jute rope. The sole is finished with a vulcanised rubber outsole, completing a versatile and refined shoe perfect for both formal and casual summer outfits.
